Booking & Availability FAQs

Is mobile IV therapy more convenient than a doctor's visit?

Yes, mobile IV therapy is more convenient than a doctor’s visit. Before treatment, you’ll have a quick telehealth consult with one of our licensed providers. From there, a clinician comes to you so you can relax at home, work, or a hotel while receiving care. We can also order labs, prescribe medications, and schedule follow-up appointments — giving you the convenience of full medical support without leaving your location.

How long does a mobile IV take?

A mobile IV treatment usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes once your provider arrives. The setup is quick, and you can relax comfortably at home, work, or a hotel while the IV runs.

How quickly can you get to my location?

We can usually have a licensed provider at your location within 30 minutes to an hour, depending on availability and where you’re located.

Safety and Provider Experience FAQs

Is there a downside to IV hydration?

IV hydration is very safe when provided by our licensed medical team. The most common minor side effects are slight discomfort, bruising, or irritation at the IV site, which typically resolve quickly. Serious complications are extremely rare. Before any treatment, our providers review your health history to ensure IV therapy is safe and appropriate for you.

Who should not get a myers cocktail?

Most people can safely receive a Myers Cocktail, but it may not be appropriate for everyone. Individuals with certain kidney problems, heart conditions, or allergies to ingredients should avoid it. Our licensed providers review your medical history during your telehealth consult to ensure the Myers Cocktail is safe and right for you.

Can I get an IV drip while pregnant?

Yes, IV therapy can be safe during pregnancy when done correctly. We follow an evidence-based protocol that only includes ingredients considered safe for your specific trimester. Before treatment, our licensed providers review your medical history through a telehealth consult to ensure the IV drip is appropriate for you and your baby.

I’m a hard stick — what if you can’t get an IV?

Our providers are very experienced with IV placement, even for clients who are “hard sticks.” If we can’t establish a line after reasonable attempts, we can send a specialist trained to use ultrasound guidance to place the IV. And if it’s still not possible, you won’t be charged for the treatment.
