> Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Group pricing is available and depends on the number of people being treated.
3–9 clients: 10% off each service
10–19 clients: 15% off each service
20+ clients: 20% off each service
> Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find a competitor offering mobile IV therapy services at a lower price in the same service area, we may match it. Clients must provide clear proof of the competitor’s pricing, including all associated fees. Matches require administrator approval and may be declined if the competitor’s pricing cannot be verified or falls outside reasonable market standards.
> Is there a minimum charge for mobile appointments?
Yes. Mobile visits must total at least $100. However, there is no minimum charge for services provided at our Bedford, Texas clinic.
> Do you charge a cancellation fee for mobile appointments?
Yes. A $100 cancellation fee may apply if a mobile appointment is canceled less than one hour before the scheduled time. This fee may be waived at the discretion of the on-call administrator depending on the situation.
> What is the telehealth fee, and when does it apply?
Telehealth fee is $30 per person. This fee is only billed once per calendar year per client. Upon paying the telehealth fee, IV clients receive a complimentary add-on up to the value of $55!
> Are there travel fees for mobile visits?
In some cases, yes. If you are located outside of our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. This will always be discussed and confirmed prior to your visit so there are no surprises. The fee amount depends on driving distance and travel time. Clients located within the DFW metro area will not be charged a travel fee.
